Переглядів 9 тис.7 місяців тому
With Vancouver turning into it's fall colors, we made a short film to feature the town we call home, our shop where we play and our newest build: a fully restored classic 1959 Austin mini. Appointed with a tweed and leather interior, custom trunk mounted AC system, and a bright orange and blue single stage paint, this is a mini to remember.

What if my extra wires are grey and brownish and I have an extra blue wire and the wiring harness on my bike had 2 of the 2 prong connections someone help
Late to the party here but great video, i would add that any rust you see at the scuttle/wing (fender) joint will be far worse underneath. Just bought a 1988 Mini City E yesterday, it's a project, guy got all the panels done, inner/outer sills, wings, front panel, scuttle, inner/outer A panels, rear valance, spent £2000 on all that and left it, i recon he bit off more than he could chew. I bought it for £2500, going to paint it and put it back together, it's already been converted to Cooper S discs and 10" wheels, needs lowered though and nice arches fitted. My last Mini was a 72 with a 1380 Swiftune motor, back in 2008 i think ?, should never have sold it.
Great tip, I want to use this since I don't wanna buy a soldering iron for just the odd job.
Great advice.I'm looking for a Mini from 1967-1978
Not quite correct on the auto to manual different blocks and not able to swap gearboxes. It is easily possible to convert an auto engine to a manual. You just need to know what you are doing and how to do it.
Perfect and to the point
Hell yeah
Not sure what that rattle is.
👏🙌😎
I love your videos man I’m about to purchase the RC40, LCB Manifold and the short down pipe. Super happy to hear it sounds so good. I will definetely do the resonator removal. Would you be able to tell me what’s the lord eat exhaust for a 1275 classic mini 🙏🏼🙏🏼🫣
After watch Rowan Atkinson drive this, i really really really really really want to own one, regardless of whether it'll breakdown or not. It's one thing i always wanted to own.
Best and clearest Mini vids on UA-cam! Thanks!
ua-cam.com/video/urZ1PxtATMo/v-deo.htmlsi=kL6UT4gmrP3C0YdZ this is exactly what I'm looking for in terms of style and exterior colour. Not sure which engine I want though. Can you guys build me this!
“If you own it, you should drive it” 💯
Your channel makes me love minis ❤ Love the cinematic vids
Dude. Someday I will meet u! Wishing Steveston Motor Co. Much much much success.
A raw video of VTEC driving experience would be amazing. Talking bump steer, torque steer etc.
Thank you so much for this great video! I almost returned a set of car speaker because of having to solder a bass blockers. After watching your video, I successfully attached the bass blockers using some cheap heat shrink tubing from our local hardware store and a grill lighter.
Hi, do you need to remove the whole subframe to polly bush the rubber seals between the frame and body?
Thank you 😊😊😊
what mini is the best to mod with
Too short this documentary! 😝
Will these bolt right in to a 93 boc mini?
Love what you all do...I'm an MGB owner but I wear my RUN BMC shirt proudly.
Good vid 🎉 Minis are cool cars & & you've turned out some prize winners 🎉
My Dad (RIP 2008) was an Engineer/Toolmaker at the Pressed Steel in Swindon UK where the body panels for the Mini were first made. He was on the team who made the first press tooling which he said he'd never seen anything like it before. I tried to get him to write a book about his time there & the different car panels they produced but alas it didn't eventuate losing him to Cancer just short of his 81st birthday in 2008. Billy J.... Queensland, Australia.
when you guys gonna takes us through another project
Found this channel when searching for old mini reviews, and now i watch every video you upload, love your videos, your doing great job, Lot's of prayers for you. Keep making videos like these, feel so good by seeing people who have passion & love for machines.😁👍🏻❤
Legend ! Brilliant help ,Thank you !!
Hi just wanted to know can you connect the indicator halo and the running light halo as well or only one or the other?
They also make a special valve adjustment tool for this job. But a box wrench and a flathead screwdriver works just as well.
what would be the cost to get this south africa
I kinda have this playing in the background, then I look up and am like "HOLY CRAP, the car's white now!" HA.
Thanks for the video. What is bench bleeding ?
Brilliant product, the video was spot on. I’m having trouble putting it into first - any ideas?
I can’t help but think an opportunity was missed to make the radiator replace there ‘O’ in STOP for your thumbnail 😂
My fan was installed in the wrong way, thanks for the awesome vide, now it is ice cold.
Can't wait for part 2 !!😀
It's May 2024, and I'm about to buy a classic mini. Seeing this cleared up my questions. Thanks.
Sometimes I double shrink tube for even stronger and more protection.
Why couldn't you extend the arms to the subframes? Angle issue?
Awesome video! Thx ❤
Great info! You gain a subscriber, with a video from 6 years ago, I'll be watching some more
Nice to hear my old Mini buddy Bill Dean, is asking this interesting question
Amazing explanation, thank you
Your link is bad!
Interested in the B pillar mods. Looks to give you more room inside
How do you wire both left and right turn signal to one ring???
has anyone done this to a Aussie moke?
